The 3rd Annual Ipswich Spin-a-thon will be held on Saturday the 24th of October. The Spin-a-thon is a six hour cycling event on stationary bikes, which is designed for everyone from an everyday person to an experienced spinner. Everyone is welcome, whether you decide to form a corporate team, assemble together your family and friends or test yourself as an individual rider, you are in for a day of fun, fitness and laughter. There will be spin instructors from local gyms leading the group for sessions throughout the event and will also be a number of prizes and give-a-ways handed out on the day, so make sure you bring your biggest smile.
