Boiled egg with Rye toast
Porridge with Sultanas/Prunes/Banana/Berries/Honey/Golden or Maple Syrup+Skim or Soya Milk
Banana&Berries with lowfat yoghurt, sprinkle with meusli (optional)

Baked Beans on multigrain muffin
For the weekend >
Scrambled egg with skim milk, parsley, tomato, capsicum&mushroom on wholemeal toast (with Nuttelex non dairy margarine-optional)
Pancakes with fresh fruit/honey or syrup with fresh or frozen yoghurt (replace white flour with Buckwheat, Rye or Wholemeal flour, use skim milk)
To make your own frozen fruit yoghurt...soften, not thaw, frozen yoghurt&add berries/banana&honey/passionfruit/mango/peaches or apricots or whatever you like.
Mix fruit through slightly softened yoghurt&return to freezer.
Avoid white breads&flour ie processed. Try Rye flour or wholemeal...
Eat varying grains ie wheat, rye, wholemeal, linseed, multigrain...
