It's really great to get your muscles active, after a couple flights of stairs, you can feel the lactic acid at work.
should do that someday.
It can be difficult to not use the elevator since not supposed to enter the stairs unless it is an emergency in tall buildings plus stairs tend to be at the ends of buildings and escalators are more centrally located.
