Walk the stairs instead of using the elevator or escalator

Extra exercise, and compared to the escalator, you're very likely to reach the top of the stair quicker as you avoid the crowd!

It can be difficult to not use the elevator since not supposed to enter the stairs unless it is an emergency in tall buildings plus stairs tend to be at the ends of buildings and escalators are more centrally located.
